Understanding SHA Group
What does SHA Group actually do?
We reconnect with prospects who received a quote from your business but haven’t signed it. We aim to understand their hesitation, clarify the next steps and help the decision move forward within the scope agreed with you.
Who is your service for?
Businesses that prepare quotes and have opportunities still pending. The partnership is with your business; depending on your activity, the customers we contact may be individuals or other businesses.
Do you do cold prospecting?
The service presented here focuses on following up existing quotes. We start from a previous enquiry or conversation; it is not a promise to supply lists of new customers.
Is this a debt collection service?
No. We work before the sale, on quotes that haven’t been signed yet. An unpaid invoice is a different situation and falls outside the service presented here.
Do you replace my sales team?
We provide support on the enquiries you entrust to us. We agree on responsibilities and information sharing to avoid duplicating your team’s work and to keep communication consistent.
Do you work in every country and every language on the site?
The translations make SHA Group accessible in several languages. They do not promise coverage of every market: the area, working language and capacity to handle your enquiries are confirmed before a partnership begins.
Your quotes and getting started
Which quotes can we share, including older ones?
Unsigned quotes where getting back in touch is still relevant. We review their age, validity, previous conversations and project status. You may need to update an older quote before we follow it up.
What if the customer has already rejected the quote?
A postponement, hesitation and a final rejection require different responses. Explain what the customer said. A clear refusal or request not to be contacted must not be treated as simply failing to reply.
Can I contact you if I only have a few pending quotes?
Yes. Tell us about your situation. We consider the volume, value of the offers and type of projects together to determine whether a partnership is suitable.
My sector isn’t listed. Could we still work together?
The Sectors page shows broad activity groups, not an exhaustive list. Describe your services and how customers make decisions. We’ll assess whether your offers suit our approach; your technical expertise remains essential.
What information should I prepare?
For the first conversation: your activity, the state of your quotes and what you think is holding them up. For selected enquiries: the quote, relevant contact details, previous conversations, constraints and terms to respect. We agree on a transfer method before sharing files; do not send your entire customer database through the contact form.
How does a partnership begin?
You introduce your business and expectations. We review suitable enquiries, then define the scope, responsibilities, financial terms and organisation in the contract. Follow-up starts once that framework has been agreed.
Day-to-day follow-up
How do you introduce yourselves to my customers?
How SHA Group and its role alongside your business are presented is agreed before launch. The person contacted should understand who is calling and which quote the conversation concerns.
Can you offer a discount or change my offer?
Only within the negotiating room agreed with you. Requests beyond it are referred to you. Your terms, deadlines and technical commitments must not change without your approval.
What if the customer asks a technical question?
We record the question and pass it to the qualified partner. We can clarify information already supplied, but technical expertise, feasibility and delivery commitments remain your responsibility.
How do you avoid persistent or duplicate calls?
Follow-up is organised around the history and agreed instructions, taking the prospect’s responses and availability into account. Contacts made by your team should be shared to avoid unnecessary approaches.
The customer has signed elsewhere, cancelled or already signed with me. What should I do?
Tell us as soon as you know. The enquiry needs updating so that unnecessary follow-up stops. Likewise, an expired offer or unavailable service must be flagged before another conversation.
How am I kept informed of progress?
The reporting method, information to share and frequency of updates are agreed at the start. The aim is to give you useful feedback, points requiring a decision and progress on enquiries while keeping you in control of the relationship.
Who takes over after signing, especially if something goes wrong?
You deliver the service described in your offer. SHA Group provides the agreed courtesy follow-up and can pass customer feedback to you. Technical questions, delivery problems or service complaints must be addressed with the business responsible.
Partnership terms and payment
How is SHA Group paid?
The model presented is commission linked to concluded business. The calculation basis, conditions triggering commission and payment arrangements are defined in the contract before work begins.
Why are no prices or percentages shown on the site?
The site explains our approach. Financial terms are discussed directly and set out in writing before working together, so that the scope and commitments are clear to everyone.
Does a signature automatically trigger commission?
The exact conditions are those in the contract. Approval of the order, customer payment, cancellation and order changes need to be clarified before launch. The website calculator does not set any of these rules.
Do I have to pay to send an enquiry or use the calculator?
The form and calculator do not ask for payment. An enquiry opens a conversation. The financial terms of any partnership are agreed separately before work starts.
Is there a minimum commitment or exclusivity?
Duration, scope, any exclusivity and the arrangements for ending the partnership are discussed and checked in the contract. The website does not set a single rule for every partnership.
Can you guarantee my quotes will be signed?
No. The customer decides, based on factors including need, budget, the offer and timing. Our role is to work on opportunities through structured follow-up; the site guarantees no recovery rate.
Understanding the calculator
How is the estimate calculated?
It uses the monthly number of unsigned quotes, their average value excluding VAT and the recovery percentage you choose. The quote volume is multiplied by that assumption to calculate potential monthly revenue.
Is the result my profit or net gain?
No. It represents potential revenue excluding VAT, before SHA commission. Your delivery costs, overheads and other factors affecting profitability are not deducted.
Is the recovery assumption a SHA forecast?
No. You choose the scenario. The calculation also assumes recovered quotes have the same average value as the quotes entered. It helps explore potential and does not replace a review of your enquiries.
Are my figures sent automatically?
The calculation runs in your browser. To attach the scenario, use the button below the result and then submit the form. A summary of the estimate will appear in your enquiry before sending.
Joining the team
Are you only looking for sales representatives?
No. The site also presents sales management, partnership development and business introduction roles. You can propose another skill through a speculative application too.
Can I send a speculative application?
Yes. Select that option in the form and explain what you could contribute: organisation, communication, tools, administration or another skill. Your proposal will be considered according to the project’s needs.
Do I need previous sales experience?
Describe your background, skills and motivation honestly. Expectations depend on the role. A conversation will help establish how your experience and strengths fit the work involved.
Is this employment or independent work?
The sales, partnership and business introduction roles presented involve independent collaboration, with commission set by contract. For other contributions, an appropriate arrangement is discussed before any commitment.
Can I apply if I am not self-employed yet?
Yes. The form lets you indicate that you plan to become self-employed or have another situation. Applying does not mean starting an assignment: the role and working arrangement must first be agreed.
Which documents should I attach?
A CV is required. A cover letter is recommended but optional. Accepted formats are PDF, DOC and DOCX, with a maximum of 5 MB per document and 8 MB combined. You still need to complete the background and motivation fields.
Where does my application go, and what happens next?
Your application and documents are emailed to info@shagroup.be for review by SHA Group management. Keep the reference displayed after sending. The site does not promise a response time; include this reference when emailing us for an update.
Contacted customers, data and the site
Why is SHA Group calling when I requested a quote from another business?
SHA Group may follow up a quote entrusted to it by a partner business. Ask for the business name and quote reference. If unsure, check directly with your usual contact before providing further information.
How do I say I no longer want to be contacted?
Tell your contact clearly or email info@shagroup.be, specifying the business and quote if known. You can also inform the business that prepared the quote directly.
Who can view my CV and documents?
Your CV and cover letter are attached to an email to info@shagroup.be for review by SHA Group management. The documents are not published on the website, and no online applicant account is created.
How can I request deletion of my data?
Email info@shagroup.be, explaining the type of request and details that help locate your file, such as your application reference. The Privacy page explains the intended uses of the forms.
The form shows an error. Do I need to start again?
If sending fails, your completed fields are kept while the page remains open. Check the fields and documents, then try again. If a confirmation with a reference appears, avoid sending again and use that reference when contacting us.
Do you use advertising cookies?
This version has no advertising or analytics tools. One cookie remembers that you closed the notice. Private access to the preview may use the host’s sign-in cookies. Details remain available in the footer.
Do the sector photos show your customers or partners?
They are illustrative sector photographs. They do not show client references, work delivered by SHA Group or confirmed partnerships. Credits appear on the Sectors page.
How can I ask a question that isn’t covered here?
For a partnership, use the Become a partner form. To join the team, use the application form with your CV. For another question or to follow up an enquiry, email info@shagroup.be.
Your question deserves
an answer too.
